HIL's ER&D team consists of a core of Design
Engineers, well trained in designing special purpose machinery like
various types and sizes of size reduction equipments, size
separation equipments, pressure vessels, hydraulic rubber moulding
presses, hard metal slurry pumps, vacuum pumps, material handling
equipments for cement industry and nuclear reactor sealing/sliding
doors. We also design plants for aerated concrete blocks, sandwich
building panels, non-asbestos cement fiber sheets and pressure pipe
machines.
The ER&D section is equipped with multiple CAD system on a local
area network using AutoCAD mechanical power pack 2004/2001. Our
system integration is such that a set of engineers can work on a
single design at the same time to optimize design capability. Our
CAD systems are loaded on latest Intel Pentium 4 based HT processor.
Our ER&D engineers have successfully done lot of value engineering
over a period of time by continuous optimization and redesigning,
resulting in development of state-of-the-art plants and machinery
that are on par with world's best machines in terms of productivity
and quality.
Our engineers have capability to study any machine/operation
related problems and offer customized solutions for any specific
industry. |
